Brows Aftercare Instructions

The aftercare following your procedure is extremely important. To achieve the best results from your treatment you must follow the aftercare, if this is compromised in any way it will affect your healed result.

Keep in mind that in many cases some unevenness of colour is to be expected; this is the purpose of the top up visit.

Included in your initial treatment price is one retouch only. Any additional re-touches after this will be charged at a fee of £75 within the first 7 months from your original first treatment date.

It’s normal to experience the following for up to 72 hours after your treatment: Tenderness, Redness, Puffiness and the Oozing of clear lymphatic fluid.

  • NO sweating (avoid vigorous exercise)
  • NO swimming
  • NO facial massage or facial treatments
  • NO sun exposure (sunbeds or sunbathing)
  • NO saunas / steam / hot baths
  • NO direct shower spray
  • NO make up or products applied to the direct area (apart from the aftercare products I’ve given you)
  • DON’T pick the scab when it forms or touch the area
  • DON’T get the area wet, if you do, pat dry gently with a clean tissue
  • USE the post procedure products as advised and provided by myself

After the 2 week healing period you can now wash your brows as normal but I recommend you still treat the area gently and avoid any harsh products.

Remember your brows may still be a little patchy & uneven at this stage.

Any corrections will be made at your top up session.

Day 1(Your brows may be tender and red) Clean your brows roughly every hour with cooled boiled water on a cotton wool pad and apply the aloe vera gel provided. Do this again last thing before bed.

Day 2 – Repeat the above steps 2 to 3 times today.

Day 3-14 – Clean your brows as before-morning & evening and then apply the ink of Coco healing balm (grain of rice size).

Lip Blush Aftercare Instructions

Its normal for your freshly blushed lips to feel a little tender & for some swelling to be present.

This will normally settle within the first 24 hours.

After the 2 week healing period please keep your lips moisturised and protected from sun exposure by using a lip balm with sunscreen in.

Your lips will feel very dry and may be slightly flaky normally around day 3. DO NOT PULL OFF ANY DRY SKIN FLAKES as this may cause the pigment to heal patchy.

Remember your lips will look much darker/brighter at first and then they will go much lighter around end of week 1. The true colour result will be seen by week 4.

You may or may not decide on a top up depending on what result you want to achieve.
