Cancellations & Rescheduling
- A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for any changes.
- Less than 48 hours notice or no-shows will result in loss of your deposit.
- Any future appointments after a late cancellation/no-show will require full payment upfront.
- This policy applies to all circumstances, including illness.

- I operate a 1-in-1-out system and there is no waiting area.

Micropigmentation is a form of tattooing where pigment is implanted into the skin. All tools are sterile or single-use, and strict hygiene protocols are followed.
Results are typically very good, but perfection cannot be guaranteed. A retouch is usually required after healing. Initially, brows will appear darker and more defined, softening within 5–7 days and fading by 10–50%.
Pigment is long-lasting but will fade over time. Colour boosts are recommended every 12–24 months.
Risks & Considerations
- Mild discomfort may occur despite numbing
- Infection is rare but possible without proper aftercare
- Uneven pigment or asymmetry may occur (corrected at retouch)
- Swelling or bruising may last 1–5 days
- Allergic reactions are rare; patch test required 48 hours prior (or scratch test on the day)
- Pigments may contain iron oxides – inform your GP before MRI scans
What’s Normal During Healing
- Swelling, itching, dryness, scabbing, tenderness
- Brows appearing too dark or uneven initially
- Colour fading, softening, or temporarily disappearing
- Some areas healing unevenly (adjusted at retouch)
Healing takes at least 6 weeks before a retouch can be performed.
Important Information
- A follow-up (30–60 days) is recommended and included
- Colour boosts are needed every 1–2 years
- Poor aftercare may cause infection, fading, or discolouration
- Please disclose all medical conditions and medications
Contraindications (Treatment Cannot Be Performed)
- Pregnancy or breastfeeding
- Diabetes if not under control
- Epilepsy (within 1 year)
- Roaccutane (within 12 months)
- Blood thinners
- Heart conditions
- Skin diseases, damage, or disorders in the area
Before Your Appointment
- No alcohol or caffeine 24 hours prior
- No sunbeds/sun exposure 2 weeks before
- Do not exercise on the day
- Avoid Aspirin, Ibuprofen, Fish Oil, Vitamin E (unless prescribed)
- No tanning or sunburn (appointments may be rescheduled)
- Stop Accutane at least 12 months prior
- Wax/tint brows at least 7 days before
Aftercare (First 2 Weeks)
- Keep area dry (no water, sweat, or steam)
- No exercise or heavy sweating
- Avoid direct shower contact
- Do not apply makeup, creams, or products (except aftercare provided)
- Do not pick or scratch the area
- Avoid sleeping on your face
Additional Notes
“Brows are sisters, not twins” – natural asymmetry is normal
Brows will soften over 3–30 days
Hair strokes appear bold initially, then soften as they heal
Results vary depending on skin type, lifestyle, and healing
Oily skin, sun exposure, skincare products, and sweating can cause faster fading
Previous tattooed brows may require multiple sessions
